Introduction
Amplify Health is a new InsurTech company founded by AIA and Discovery with a bold ambition of improving the health of millions of people around the region through integrated technology. The company launched in 2022 and is building its reputation in several key areas, but with a diverse and international team that is highly experienced in healthcare delivery.
Challenge
At the time, the company was undergoing change and team members felt disconnected from the company’s mission. Simultaneously, there was a push to recruit new talent that matched the high caliber of the existing team whilst demonstrating a commitment to innovative health care technology.

Approach
To showcase team expertise, foster a sese of togetherness during change and to demonstrate the company’s commitment to innovation in healthcare, Spurwing created the #WeAreAmplifyHealthLinkedIn series.
We identified key team members to feature and developed a series of powerful questions that would uncover their passion and commitment to healthcare, with a focus on key parts of their careers that made them an excellent fit for Amplify Health to show stakeholders that the best team was in place.
We held virtual interviews with the team, conceptualised the creative, wrote the story and published the final interviews on LinkedIn. Our questions uncovered powerful insights from colleagues that demonstrated only ‘Amplify Health can do it’.
